Apply for a South Carolina DSCR loan
Send the property, the rent you can document, taxes estimated at the rental assessment, real insurance quotes and how the property will be occupied. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders; only business-purpose, non-owner-occupied investment property can be submitted.
What happens next
A Loan Daddy loan specialist will follow up. Loan Daddy LLC is a mortgage broker, not a lender. We review coverage on the figures you send, tell you plainly if the arithmetic does not work yet, and match workable files to wholesale lenders whose guidelines fit the property type, tenancy and market.
What to include for a fast review
The address and county, purchase price or value, current lease or defensible market rent, a tax estimate at the non-owner-occupied assessment, hazard plus wind and flood quotes on the coast, HOA or regime dues, the borrowing entity and the loan amount you want. Short-term rental files should add zoning permission and documented booking history. Start with the calculator if you want to test the ratio first.
The occupancy rule
If you will live in the property, do not submit this form. We only arrange business-purpose investment loans, and the application stops by design when occupancy is personal. That protects you from signing business-purpose statements that do not describe your life.
